Coffee Pannacotta with Trelish

Make Coffee Pannacotta with Trelish in just a few minutes.


  1. Trelish decoction 1 tablespoon (10 ml)

  2. Milk 1 cup

  3. Castor sugar 1/2 cup

  4. Fresh cream 2 cups

  5. Milk powder 1 tablespoon

  6. Gelatin powder 2 teaspoons


  1. Heat milk in a non-stick pan, add castor sugar and mix well. Bring it to a boil and take it off the heat. Add Trelish Decoction and mix well.

  2. Heat fresh cream in another non-stick pan, add milk powder, mix well and bring to a boil. Add gelatin powder and stir continuously till it combines well.

  3. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add the milk and coffee to cream mixture, mix well and strain into a bowl. Pour into coffee cups and keep in the refrigerator to set.

  4. Once set, take them out of the refrigerator, add 2- 3 drops of Trelish decoction over it and serve chilled.
