Shipping Policy

Costs of shipping are exclusive in the product costs. We provide shipping to Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, NCR, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh and Hyderabad as of today. Although we take utmost care to ensure that the product is absolutely safe for shipping, we are not liable for any damages to the product by the shipping provider. In case of any damages, please raise a send us a photo of the damaged product within 2 days of delivery and send it to our customer support team at info@trelish.in and we will arrange for the product replacement.

We aim to ensure that your order reaches you at the earliest and hence follow next day shipping policy. That is, orders placed today will be shipped out the next working day. In case the shipping gets delayed due to uncontrollable issues such as bad weather, traffic blocks, public holidays or any such exigencies, Trelish Ventures will not be liable for any penalties. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the sensitivity of the nature of the product, we do not accept cancellations once the order has been shipped.

In case of issues with the product such as damages, malfunction of packaging, please raise a request at info@trelish.in within 2 days of receipt of the product. Our team will look into it and arrange for a product exchange.

Goods once shipped will not be accepted for returns or exchanged. Any cancellation request will be considered only if made before the product dispatch. In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded as a store credit to be redeemed for further purchases. For concerns related to damaged goods, please refer our shipping policy.
